Shipping and Returns


All UK orders are sent 2nd Class Signed For. Signed for provides end to end tracking only. You will not be able to fully track your order.

I use Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked & Signed for overseas parcels. You will usually receive tracking alongside your order. If you don't, please pop me over a message.

You are responsible in ensuring that the address supplied at checkout is your correct and full current address. I do not accept responsibility for packages which are lost due to incorrect address information nor provide refunds for such omission by buyers.

Overseas buyers should be aware that I can not be held responsible for delays in customs, sorting offices or during busy periods. Please be patient, hold ups do happen.

Returns & Refunds Policies

Personalised orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please order in plenty of time if buying as a gift (all turnaround times are listed on each individual listing).

Non-personalised orders are subject to a 14 day cancellation period upon receiving your goods. Goods should be returned unused, unwashed and in perfect condition with any original tags still attached. The customer is responsible for the fees of the returns postage.

I strongly advise you to return using a secure postal method with tracking, as I can not refund or exchange for items not received.

I do not accept forced returns.

Any order can be cancelled if you message me before I have processed it.

Can I speed up my order?

Unfortunately, we can only offer the standard shipping times above.
