What is your current turnaround? 

Robe turnaround stands at five weeks before dispatch, although I do endeavour to get these out faster if possible. It's best to go off of five weeks, though.
All other items are subjects to a two week turnaround before dispatch

Do you accept returns? 

I do not offer returns or exchanges on personalised/custom items. 

Returns and exchanges are accepted on all other items provided you contact me within 14 days of receiving your goods, and goods are returned unused and in their original packaging. Returns are at the cost of the buyer, and I strongly advise a tracked option as I can not be held responsible for returns going missing in the post.


What shipping methods do you use?

All UK orders are sent 2nd class signed for unless the order exceeds 2kg, it will then be sent via a courier such a dpd or parcelforce. 


I use 1st class tracked and signed for all overseas orders.

You are responsible in ensuring that the address supplied at checkout is your correct and full current address. I do not accept responsibility for packages which are lost due to incorrect address information nor provide refunds for such omission by buyers.

Overseas buyers should be aware that I can not be held responsible for delays in customs, sorting offices or during busy periods. Please be patient, hold ups do happen.

Issues with an Order

In the unfortunate event that you run into an issue with your order, please message me directly via Etsy or email. I aim to respond within 24 hours. My inbox is unmonitored during the weekend and on bank holidays.

Unfortunately, I am unable reply to anyone other than the person who made the order due to GDPR.

Please do not message me about a purchase on any of my social media platforms as all inboxes are unmonitored.

 

Time Sensitive Orders

Unless we have discussed a time sensitive order previously or your order is very late, I will not be held accountable for orders not arriving by the date that you need them by. It is your responsibility to read the turnaround time on each listing and to also take into account the time that it takes to deliver an item using the shipping methods that I offer.

While I'd love to be able to rush orders through faster, my current workload and space to hold stock restrict that from happening.

I am not responsible for delays with customs.
